Tattoo lawsuit won't stop 'Hangover II' release

If you’ve got pre-gaming plans for the release of “The Hangover Part II,” don’t cancel them: The movie will head into theaters on Thursday without a hitch.

The movie's opening wasn’t always so crystal clear, however, since the tattoo artist who gave Mike Tyson his memorable face art brought a lawsuit against Warner Bros. for copyright infringement at the end of April. As seen in the trailer for “Hangover Part II,” actor Ed Helms wakes up to find similar ink on his face.

The tattooist was seeking an injunction to halt the release of the highly-anticipated film, but that attempt was unsuccessful. According to the Hollywood Reporter, a judge presiding over the case declined to stop "Hangover II's" release, although the case will move forward.

'Showbiz Tonight' Flashpoint: Could Katie Couric replace Oprah?

The end of the era is finally here as “The Oprah Winfrey Show” will air its last and final episode Wednesday. As the 25 years of Oprah’s daytime talk show conclude, the big question still remains: Who will win the race to replace her?

Somebody’s going to have to take over that time slot, and Couric is a pretty solid bet to make some noise.

Do you think Katie Couric has what it takes to replace O? Tell me below.

Justin Timberlake pokes fun at himself in unaired 'SNL' skit

If Justin Timberlake's highly rated "Saturday Night Live" hosting gig left you longing for more of the singer's comedic stylings, you're in luck: An unaired skit from the show's dress rehearsal has just turned up online in which Timberlake pokes fun at his decision to pursue an acting career.

In the sketch, Timberlake plays composer Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, who, according to the intro, was the biggest music star of the mid-1870s when he decided to give it all up.

"I've been working in music since I was a boy," Timberlake, wearing a white powdered wig, says when Mozart's staff asks what he's working on next. "Now I'm going to take a break from music and become an actor."

Last season's 'Idol' winner not invited to finale

Don't look for Lee DeWyze to perform at Wednesday night's "American Idol"  finale results show, because the "Idol" winner from last season wasn't invited.

Though it's often considered a courtesy to bring back the former winner, DeWyze tweeted that he will not be taking the stage as part of the two-hour event.

"Hey guys, no I'm not performing at the Finale," he tweeted. "I wasn't asked to. A lot of questions so I thought I'd fill you in. Talk to you soon."
