The CW to pick up reality show about celeb hatersWe’ve seen celebrities attack each other before on reality shows, and now The CW is offering non-celebs a chance to get up close and personal with stars they can’t stand. According to Deadline, the network is expected to announce that it's picking up a reality show called “H8R” on Thursday. Hosted and executive produced by “Extra’s” Mario Lopez, the reality show gives a celebrity the chance to confront his or her biggest “hater” so the star can try and convince the regular Joe that all that vitriol is misdirected. A pilot episode featuring Snooki and Kim Kardashian facing off against their haters has reportedly been well-received. (We gotta ask: If you were to get the opportunity to go toe-to-toe with the celeb you find most detestable, who would it be?) In addition to "H8R," the network is also expected to announce that it's picked up the Sarah Michelle Gellar series "Ringer," which marks Gellar's return to the small screen as a troubled young woman on the run from the mob.

one more reality show with the rich and trust fund babys who never have done a hard days work in there life just wonderful. if you want a reality show about the hamptons(not one of these cityits) why not show the singel mom who works 2 or 3 jobs to keep food on the table rents paid not these jerks we have to deal with on a daily basis whos biggest problem is witch car do i drive today or where are we going to eat . put them here with no money find a job and stop making these people out to be something there not get a job work hard thats a reality

With all of the bully issues going on, I cant believe anyone would try and bully someone on these boards. Perhaps the show should be renamed "Jail Time" or "Lawsuit". If the atmosphere becomes too hostile and words turn to blows that's where everyone will be going.
I might watch. But in all likelihood they'll bring on the loudest, most ridiculous, most obnoxious "average joes" to make for good t.v. I doubt any legitimate arguments will be made, but hey, ya never know.
What celebrities will sign up for this? Doubt the caliber will get much higher than Snooki, in which case I sense a sinking ship.
