January Jones: Distance caused split from 'SNL' starDating in the spotlight has become something of a catch-22 for “Mad Men" star January Jones. The mom-to-be, who confirmed her pregnancy in April, tells Allure magazine’s June issue, “When you date someone else who’s in the industry, someone has to make the sacrifices. And if no one’s willing to, then you just have to be friends.” But on the other hand, she says, how will a guy who’s not in the industry take it when she says, “'I’m sorry, I need to go away for three months and kiss other men while you stay here’”? And although that wasn’t the issue that ended her romance with “SNL” star Jason Sudeikis, time apart did play a role. “The long distance kind of petered us out,”she said of her dalliance with the funnyman. Jones indeed has been busy, between “Mad Men” and the upcoming “X-Men: First Class,” in which she stars as Emma Frost. “I was coming off two dramatic movies and then another season of ‘Mad Men,’ and I was ready to do something a little bit more fun,” she tells Allure, and that ended up including a hula-hoop as a training regimen. See January Jones' style revolution on Allure.com “'X-Men’ was the first movie I did training for. I did weighted hula-hooping; it’s really amazing for your core, hips, thighs, waist. I can do two at one time,” Jones boasted. One thing she says she doesn’t worry about, movie or no movie, is her diet. “I have never dieted. I just listen to whatever my body craves,” Jones says. “I don’t deny myself anything. I don’t crave sweets or unhealthy things very often. But when I do, like if I’m in a bad mood and I’m in traffic, I’ll stop at McDonald’s and get a strawberry shake and fries and not feel guilty at all, because I deserve it.” Jones’ “X-Men: First Class” opens on June 3.

Geez, I need to get new glasses. The first time I read the one quote as "I have never DATED. I just listen to what my body craves....I don't deny myself anything..." and wondered what I had done to so offend God that He would put a such women in the world and not let me meet one.
I think Jason either figured out or was advised that her career was going to be short lived and that she would be an anchor around him. And just the way she treated Zach G would be enough, I would think, for any guy to take off.
Yeah because his career is skyrocketing. He's on SNL and starred in a couple of episodes of 30 Rock. He's going places, fast.
