'Teen Mom' gets green light for fourth season

MTV’s “Teen Mom” series has grown to include a brand-new set of young mothers, but this summer the network is bringing back its original four.

On July 5, Maci, Amber, Farrah and Catelynn will all return for a third season of the docu-series. According to the network, this season will go “deeper deeper into the girls’ lives as they confront old wounds, struggle to further their education, face strained relationships and strive to give their children the best life possible.”

Their kids are now toddlers, and MTV promises that the “terrible twos” stage will offer plenty of "lessons." (And, presumably, entertainment.)

To top it off, MTV has given a fourth season of “Teen Mom” the green light, which isn’t that unsurprising – according to Entertainment Weekly, the reality show was the No. 2 original cable series for the 12-34 age group last year, and pulled in 3.8 million viewers a week.

I don't undertand why everyone thinks that this show glamorizes teen pregnancy, if anything this show has scared the crap out and me and made me NEVER EVER want to be a teen mom. 95% of the relationships and home lives on this show suck, and I think it shows the truth behind teen pregnancy, It makes me want to never have kids, never mind in a year and a half.
