Roger Ebert wins New Yorker caption contest

A big thumbs up to Roger Ebert—the film critic has finally won the cartoon-caption contest in the New Yorker.

"I have entered the New Yorker’s cartoon caption contest almost weekly virtually since it began and have never even been a finalist," Ebert noted on his Chicago Sun-Times blog two years ago.

"It's not that I think my cartoon captions are better than anyone else's, although some weeks, understandably, I do," the film critic said. "It's that just once I want to see one of my damn captions in the magazine that publishes the best cartoons in the world. Is that too much to ask?"

J.Lo and Marc Anthony team up for 'Q'Viva!'

It's official: Jennifer Lopez is indeed working on a new reality show.

The "American Idol" judge and her husband, singer Marc Anthony, have linked up with "Idol's" creator for a new project.

"Q’Viva! The Chosen" will feature the superstar couple traveling to various regions of the Americas over the course of three months in search of performers for "the ultimate live show celebrating Latin music, artistry and dance."

Katie Holmes settles with Star Magazine

Star Magazine has issued an apology to Katie Holmes because of a recent headline about the actress.

The actress had filed a multi-million lawsuit against the publication after it recently published an article titled “ADDICTION NIGHTMARE – Katie DRUG SHOCKER! – The Real Reason She Can’t Leave Tom.”

The magazine announces the apology on the cover of its most recent issue.

'Showbiz Tonight' Flashpoint: Did Trump just get a reality check?

Well, Donald Trump got what he wanted.

Today the White House released President Obama’s original birth certificate. Trump claims he was able to force President Obama into doing this – and he’s proud of it. But who comes out on top here? Did the President finally put Trump in check for all his outrageous claims? Or does this give Trump more power?

I think Trump’s arrogance and ego are out of control. Everyone always complains about spin from politicians. But Trump has become the “spin master” and should be held accountable. What do you think? Post below.

Very little Gaga on 'Glee'

Wasn't this supposed to be another Lady Gaga episode of "Glee"?

Other than singing "Born This Way" at the end of Tuesday night's episode, there was very little Gaga. Instead we got 90 minutes of action which I believe could have easily fit into an hour.

First, Rachel got her nose broken by Finn (really, wasn't it enough that he broke her heart?) thanks to his klutzy dance moves, and she's off and running with a plan to get a nose job.

Ice-T and Coco to star in E! reality series

Ice-T is keeping it real. The rapper/actor is set to star alongside his wife in an upcoming reality series for E! Entertainment.

"Ice Loves Coco" will follow the lives of Ice and his "fitness/swimsuit model/Internet-sensation buxom and bootylicious wife Coco," according to a press release from the network, which also claims that the couple have never spent more than one day apart in their 10-year marriage.

Though Coco has devoted herself to supporting her husband and being the heart and soul of their brand, she is now ready to break out with a series of projects of her own.
