Halle Berry's custody battle is overHalle Berry is putting her bitter custody battle behind her. The actress, who until February was fighting ex Gabriel Aubry for custody of daughter Nahla, tells TV's "Extra" she is happy that the two have settled their issues. "It's been a year full of challenges," says Berry. "When there's a child involved, it's a relief when you can resolve things in a good way."

'Gilmore Girl' fans: Guess who's writing a novel?"Parenthood" star Lauren Graham is hitting the books — or make that the bookshelves. The actress is set to release her first novel with Random House. "Any Gilmore Girl fans out there? We've got actress Lauren Graham's debut novel, YOU'LL NEVER MAKE IT," the company announced in a tweet yesterday. The book, added the publishing house, "is semi-autobiographical about [a] struggling actress in NYC in mid-90s who waits tables as she hopes for [her] big break."

Danny McBride, Seth Rogen, Elijah Wood play Beastie BoysGet ready to see the Beastie Boys as you've never seen them before. In the rap group's upcoming short film "Make Some Noise" aka "Fight for Your Right Revisited," Ad-Rock, MCA and Mike D are played by Elijah Wood, Danny McBride and Seth Rogen, respectively — with Will Ferrell, John C. Reilly and Jack Black also taking on the same roles. The 30-minute video, directed by MCA, originally made its debut at the Sundance Film Festival in January and features the "1980s version" of the Beasties (Wood, McBride and Rogen) meeting their future, middle-aged selves (Ferrell, Black and Reilly). |
