If you’ve ever had to hustle through an airport, you know that flying can double as a workout - though perhaps not quite as intense a calorie-burner as an in-flight safety video for Air New Zealand shows.
The airline tapped none other than ‘80s exercise guru Richard Simmons to show off all the ways one can be “fit to fly" in just three minutes.
For example, if you need to brace yourself during flight, Simmons’ neon-spandex clad cohorts demonstrate how to do “the duck,” where you sit with “flat feet, elbows outside your thighs, hands on your head and duck on down.” "Amazing Race" host Phil Keoghan is particularly adept at demonstrating "the duck" in a cameo.
