Beyonce's 6-year-old nephew is a designerIt seems talent runs in the family. Daniel Julez J. Smith, the six-year-old son of singer Solange Knowles (and nephew of artists Beyonce and Jay-Z) has designed a shirt to raise money for the victims of the earthquake and tsunami in Japan. According to a website set up by the elder Knowles for the project, "'Julez for Japan' is a watercolor designed t-shirt, inspired by the recent tragic earthquake and Tsunami in Japan." "My 6-year-old son, Daniel Julez J. Smith, was highly affected by the devastating footage he witnessed of the catastrophe," Knowles writes on the site. "After a series of questions and conversations, he decided he wanted to contribute in some way." The singer insists her youngster imagined the design himself and even includes a photo of the artist at work. The design was created using a scan of Julez's watercolor interpretation of the Japanese flag. The shirts can be purchased at the Big Cartel website with all proceeds going towards Peace Winds Japan, a nonprofit disaster relief organization. |

My brother recommended I would possibly like this website. He was entirely right. This submit actually made my day. You cann't believe simply how so much time I had spent for this information! Thanks!
What will those silly apes think of next?
stop the bickering alleluah praise the lord
Khandi dear: no better way to prove how IGNORANT you are than to misspell the word itself! "ignorgant"? The kid is cool with me but you honey are a dumbschitt.
Yea moron, that 25$ goes to charity remember? Kinda the point of the article to begin with. Read the story you tard.
LOL...thats funny. Few people are gonna pay $25 for a shirt with this kids crap stain on it.
You people are garbage. Why pick on a child? He has done NOTHING WRONG!! It takes a REAL SMALL MINDED ADULT to pick on a child, how mature of you. Freaking Idiots. Please tell me how it is ruining your day that a child steps up to raise money for people in need? My take is this.... Whether is was coersed into it or not, HE'S A CHILD. Atleast someone is doing something to help people in need. Yes children are bright. My son graduated high school at 14 and is now 17 and a Senior at Auburn University. Stop Hating cause your child didn't come up with the same idea. I am quite sure that there are other children doing something to raise money, but because their parents are not mainstream celebrities they didn't make CNN. That doesn't mean that their efforts will go un-noticed to theose who it does matter to. I appluad anyone taking even a second out of their day to do something nice for someone esle because we are not obligated to.
@ Ms Amazon.
Relax and enjoy some R Kelly Butt-Butter on white for a smelly snack.
@ Amazingly STUPID.
"Atleast someone is doing something to help people in need."...LMAO...Oh yeah $25. for a shirt with a diluted doo doo stain on it...gimme a Brubakers dozen...GIMP!
that is so nice of him I think people should like the idea instead of killin the kids talant smh
So a kid took a crap on the floor, swirled it around in a cirle and we call that art? Is is worth this article. What a silly joke.
So the kid spilled his water colors and then smeared them into a pink circle...HURRAH!! Nice job ya little runt.
The reason why this country is so unbalance is because people like you who sit behind a computer and write negativety about someone. The racist comment are so ignorgnant. Some children are bright and they ask ? with meaning. From some of these comments I see you had a miserable life. Good for him for having a heart and compassion at such a young age.
The diet plan I layed out for B doesnt seem to be working. Here rear-end is should have a banner on it marked "oversize load".
Wow! Not everbody wamts a small flat ass stupid!
Nice work especiallyfor a young person! Unfortunately, his aunt and uncle (Beyonce and Jay-Z) are both talent-less. A bunch of dummies in this world who think they actually have talent.
haha – you must be kidding!
I guess it must suck to be "talent-less" and FILTHY RICH!
Sounds like someone can't make their power bill this month, maybe you should create some water color paintings in your rehab class.....
Agreed, it's nice to see anybody trying to help out during this tragedy.
Kinda like "Good intentions pave the way to hell"? This is such a waste of time and worthless effort...nothing more than attention seeking exhibitionism by the parents of this child. Ya know I could say "Oh I took a crap on the floor and it looked like Joe Biden...Im gonna sale it on EBay and donate all the funds." Just plain stuupid.
i think that is so sweet and unselfish of him to think of others in time of need. good for him.
Oh yes....so sweet to take time out of his busy schedule. What did it take all of 5 minutes to finger paint a mess. WOW...this kid is going places. He should be enrolled strait into college...such a genius.
