Jake Gyllenhaal: No photos in the restroom, pleaseTake note Jake Gyllenhaal fans: This actor isn't cool with powder room photography. The story coming out of SXSW is that there was a “heated scuffle in the theater bathroom” when a fan tried to snap Gyllenhaal’s photo at an “inelegant time,” Entertainment Weekly reports. EW asked the actor, whose film “Source Code” premiered at SXSW and opens on April 1, and he laughed and confirmed that it was true.
“I think it’s an appropriate space to keep privacy,” he told EW. “I hope that people wouldn’t disagree with me on that.” But did Gyllenhaal really regulate in the restroom, as the rumor mill claims? As E! News points out, some are saying the actor responded by grabbing the wanna-be photographer mid-take, throwing him up against the wall and asking (with some bass in his voice, we're going to imagine), “are we really gonna do this right now?” Yet Gyllenhaal’s rep has put the kibosh on that gossip. "There was no scuffle, it was an excited fan who tried to take his picture in the restroom,” his rep told E!. “He asked the guy to please delete it and he did! No drama."

Hey Jake has a right to be upset! That is disgusting to snap a pix while he is in the crapper. Not nice...I luv Jake, he is so cute with those big eyeballs. My chiropractor is a cross between him and Jared Leto, he is gorgeous!
