Elizabeth Hurley to play 'Wonder Woman' villainessNew "Wonder Woman" star Adrianne Palicki has already made an enemy: Elizabeth Hurley is set to appear in the upcoming David E. Kelley series as the Amazing Amazon's archnemesis Veronica Cale. "Thrilled to be doing the NBC pilot Wonder Woman,” Hurley tweeted yesterday. “I’ll be playing the evil villain. Can’t wait.” According to Deadline.com, Hurley's villainess is a "beautiful, highly educated head of one of the biggest pharmaceutical companies in the country who is afflicted with serious deep-seated Wonder Woman envy."
Hurley isn't the only addition to the "Wonder Woman" cast. Deadline reports that "Cold Case" star Tracie Thoms will play the cheery personal assistant of the superhero's alter ego Diana Themyscira, while actor Pedro Pascal has landed the role of a police officer who befriends Diana. Now this is how you get ratings! As in "Charlies Angels". The better looking the cast, the more the people will follow. They just better make sure they have a Wonder Woman outfit that can at least compete with Baywatch swimsuits. The last thing anyone will want to see after Lynda Carters uniform is something that hides her assets. Trust me people will watch every week just to see WW's bod even though this is supposed to be less campy than the original. Its the only reason guys pay attention to commercials and the younger dem will worship it!

Ummm, she is a bit old for this? She is old enough to be a grandmother in some countries. Actually, she is would be the oldest person in some countries. I am sure she was in Gone With The Wind...

The show just got an instant shot of credibility. Maybe a villianess older but hotter (just look at that pic at the top of the page...stunning) than Palicki is just the twist it needs.
maybe she could wear a garterbelt and stockings. and one of those cupless push up braz. if these were black it would make her more evill looking. that would be a great super villian lady costume !
