Oprah lands interview with David ArquetteMichael Vick may have backed out of his upcoming "Oprah Winfrey Show" appearance, but the talk show host has landed herself an equally controversial guest for the episode. According to a rep for the show, David Arquette will appear in a sit-down with Winfrey on February 24. Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Vick, who served 21 months on dog fighting charges, was initially booked for that day but suddenly canceled for personal reasons, according to the Hollywood Reporter.
"We're not going to push it," Winfrey said, adding that production had already begun on Vick's episode. "We did a field trip with him. We had been shooting with Michael Vick. And the fact that he pulled out and all his people… We move on." Indeed, Arquette will now be in the hot seat in his first televised interview since leaving rehab last month. Arquette, who split with wife Courteney Cox last October, taped his episode on February 17. |

Micheal Vick is a punk. He killed defenseless dogs for what reason. He does his time, then becomes a starting qb. He goes around talking to kids for the humane society, but he wouldn't talk to oprah.
