Katy Perry, Colonel Mustard guest-star on 'HIMYM'After weeks of shameless flirting, Ted and Zoey finally got together on last night’s episode of “How I Met Your Mother” - all thanks to Katy Perry and… Colonel Mustard. Though I can’t say I’m happy about the prospect of Ted and a Captain-less Zoey getting together, “Oh Honey” was classic “HIMYM.” Did anyone else notice that the cast members were each dressed in the color of his or her Clue counterpart? Perry made the perfect Miss Scarlet in her revealing red dress.

‘Chuck’ and the art of seductionHow do you follow up an episode in which your two main characters get engaged? By starting the wedding planning, of course! Unfortunately, that’s not an easy task when the groom’s family is unknowingly overbearing and the bride’s family is absent. That’s the setup for the dramatic tension between Chuck and Sarah this week. It’s all wrapped around a mission to rescue Roan Montgomery. John Larroquette returns as the spy/master of seduction, who has managed to infiltrate a counterfeiting organization run and staffed entirely by gorgeous women who carry automatic weapons. I can’t imagine what that job application looks like.

Cynthia Nixon, Christine Marinoni welcome a baby boyCynthia Nixon and Christine Marinoni have welcomed the arrival of a baby boy, CNN has confirmed. Marinoni, 43, gave birth to the little one on Monday, February 7, and the couple named him Max Ellington Nixon-Marinoni. This is baby No. 3 for 44-year-old Nixon, who has two children, Samantha, 14, and Charles, 8, from a previous relationship with photographer Danny Mozes, according to People. Nixon and Marinoni began dating in 2004 and became engaged in 2009. According to a rep, "Christine and baby are doing great."

Aerosmith music sales explode post 'Idol'Despite some hits Steven Tyler took from others when he announced he would be a judge on “American Idol” (we are looking at you Kid Rock) it looks like the decision is paying off. According to The Hollywood Reporter, sales of Aerosmith music have skyrocketed since Tyler took his seat at the judges table. Based on data from Nielsen SoundScan, Aerosmith’s 1994 compilation album “Big Ones” increased in sales by 260% after the “Idol’s” premiere.

Halle Berry on her daughter's race and interracial romanceAs her custody battle with ex Gabriel Aubry turns ugly, Halle Berry is speaking out to the March issue of Ebony magazine about their daughter Nahla and the role that race plays in her own relationships. The Oscar winner, whose mother is white and father is black, tells Ebony that she identifies herself as a black woman but plans to let 2 1/2-year-old Nahla — whose dad is white and French Canadian — make her own decision about her race when she's old enough. "I'm not going to put a label on it," she says. "I had to decide for myself, and that's what she's going to have to decide — how she identifies herself in the world. And I think, largely, that will be based on how the world identifies her. That's how I identified myself." |
