First, let me say that I love, love, love “American Idol”! I think Steven Tyler and J.Lo are great on the show.
But that said, I most enjoy seeing the TALENTED competitors. The wackiness on “Idol” is getting a little out of control!
Those who are obviously just put in front of the judges for shock value make me uncomfortable, especially if it seems some of those contestants are, well, a few fries short of a Happy Meal, so to speak.
When it seems contestants are being taken advantage of and made fun of just for entertainment, I don’t like it. What do you think? It’s our "Showbiz" Flashpoint: Love ‘em or lose ‘em when it comes to “Idol’s" wacky contestants?
The Black Eyed Peas, Christina Aguilera and yes, a puppy bowl are all coming to you live on your TV this Sunday.
Oh yeah – there’ll be a football game on too.
But for those of you who perhaps aren’t as pumped to watch the Steelers face off against the Packers for Super Bowl XLV, there’s still plenty to keep you entertained.
She may not yet have decided whether she'll return for a second season of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills," but Camille Grammer already has another gig lined up: She's set to star on the February 17 season finale of "$#*! My Dad Says," reports TV Guide.
In an episode that appears to be ripped from the headlines, the 42-year-old ex-wife of Kelsey Grammer will play Camille, a divorced reality star who goes house-hunting with Vince (Will Sasso) and Bonnie (Nicole Sullivan) as her camera crew follows along.
As "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" viewers know, the Grammers' marriage fell apart during the taping of the show, and Camille filed for divorce last July.
Kelsey, 55, has since gotten engaged to British flight attendant Kayte Walsh, 29, and, according to People, the two hope to marry this month.
A slave to my DVR, I’m always fast-forwarding through commercials. Last night, however - as I watched my favorite juiceheads in real time - ads featuring the MTV stars held my attention.
A pistachio commercial starring Snooki, who apparently cracks open her favorite low-cal nuts using a tanning bed, followed Ronnie’s ad for Xenadrine, an ultra-strength weight loss pill. “The City’s” Whitney Port also made an appearance with her Neutrogena spot. There’s no escaping MTV at this point.
(What products do you think the rest of the cast should front? Tell us in the comments below!) But first...
"Glee" star Dianna Agron may not be getting ready to sing "Going to the Chapel" just yet. After rumors of the actress getting engaged spread, Agron tweeted a link to a post on her personal blog, which highlights the Hollywood rumor mill as one of the not-so-awesome things that comes with stardom.
In a report on Us Weekly's site Thursday, sources claimed that Agron has gotten engaged to 20-year-old Brit actor Alex Pettyfer, her co-star in the thriller "I Am Number Four," opening February 18. But Agron, 24, is warning fans not to believe everything they read.
"I guess it has been a slow media week," she says on her site. "Opinions, opinions, opinions….and all of those ‘inside sources.’ If you believe to have the facts, show your face and then say what you indeed know to be true!"
Morning talk show hosts Regis Philbin and Kelly Ripa can now add their names to the long list of celebrities who can do the “dougie” thanks to none other than Justin Bieber.
The Biebs stopped by “Live with Regis and Kelly” to talk about his upcoming movie “Never Say Never,” and by the end of the show somehow ended up on stage with the co-hosts breaking it down. It may be one of the funniest renditions of the dance since Doug E. Fresh taught it to Wolf Blitzer during the Soul Train Awards.
In addition to the dougie, Regis and Kelly also did the “wheelchair” and a little freestyling of their own. Maybe they should consider joining the cast of “Dancing With the Stars.”
