Sundance: Universal nabs 'WikiLeaks' doc

Universal Pictures has purchased a documentary about WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange. Academy Award-winning director Alex Gibney is set to direct. Gibney is known for getting the subjects of his films to actively participate in the documentaries.

Among Gibney's films are "Enron: The Smartest Guys In The Room," the Jack Abramoff documentary "Casino Jack and the United States of Money," and last fall's "Client 9: The Rise and Fall of Eliot Spitzer."

No word yet on whether Assange will cooperate or not. The Australian-born Assange launched the whistle-blower site in 2006, revealing classified government documents and secrets from various anonymous news sources.

Assange was arrested in London last month for an alleged sexual assault in Sweden. He's now out on bail under house arrest in England pending an extradition hearing. Assange maintains the allegations are false and politically motivated.

Too much drama on 'Real Housewives of Atlanta'

Raise your hand if you were disgusted by NeNe's behavior on Sunday night's episode of  "The Real Housewives of Atlanta."

I am raising both hands and my legs.

She worked my nerves soooo much! I ordinarily try to stay out of either Camp Kim or Camp NeNe, but this time around I thought NeNe was completely out of control. All that loud talking and craziness was so unnecessary.

Elton John on fatherhood: It's been enchanting

Elton John is singing the praises of becoming a first-time father at the age of 63.

"I thought I would be frantic, worrying about when he's crying," John tells CNN of Zachary Jackson Levon Furnish-John, who was born via surrogate on Christmas Day.

"I got to understand that's what babies do — crying, and you put him over your shoulder, you carry him in front of you, you change him, you feed him, you read him a bedtime story, you bathe him. It's all so wonderful. This is the most beautiful time because he's just a little innocent blank canvas and it's totally relaxed me. It's been enchanting."

Jason Mraz: No wedding till gay marriage is legal

Despite getting engaged in December, Jason Mraz has no intention of walking down the aisle with girlfriend Tristan Prettyman anytime soon, reports Us Weekly.

"We can't get married until [gay] marriage is legal and equal... I think giving people the right to marry will be a huge movement in civil rights," 33-year-old Mraz said last week at Elton John's Concert to Benefit the American Foundation for Equal Rights. "The wedding would be nice for our family, our friends, our community — our moms especially — and so it puts us in the fight."

Despite delaying his "I dos," the "I'm Yours" singer insisted his relationship with Prettyman, 28, is far from over.

"We both feel that in our engagement, we have a union that's really special and can't be broken," he said. "It's a sacred bond."

Judd Apatow takes aim at Ricky Gervais

A week after Ricky Gervais unleashed a stream of controversial jokes while hosting the Golden Globes, filmmaker Judd Apatow is biting back at the comedian.

“What did you think of Ricky Gervais? I didn’t like him. I thought he was mean,” the "40-Year-Old Virgin" director said while hosting the Producers Guild Awards this weekend.

Gervais’ quips left many questioning if he'd gone too far, and Apatow took his hosting gig as an opportunity to defend the targets of the Brit's punchlines.
