The "Glee" gang are determined to make you true Beliebers when they belt out songs by teen idol Justin Bieber in an upcoming episode.
As Marquee previously reported, the McKinley High crew are set to perform Bieber tunes in the February 15 episode. Now, series star Amber Riley is revealing which songs they'll sing.
"There's gonna be two Bieber songs, and I think 'Baby' is one," 24-year-old Riley, who plays powerhouse-piped Mercedes Jones, tells MTV, adding that "Somebody to Love" is also in the mix. "I think ... those are the two songs," she says.
This time last year, Jesse James and Sandra Bullock were still weeks away from a buzzed-about break-up, but in 2011, James is professing his love for a different brunette: 28-year-old reality TV star Kat Von D.
The couple, who reportedly began dating last summer, have recently been all a-Twitter with their love. Kat Von D tweeted January 8, "He loves me tee hee" along with a Twitpic of a bouquet of roses. James, 41, responded to her giddy post by first saying "It's true" and following it up with, "@thekatvond I have Never Felt so Loved! I'm The Luckiest MoFo in the World!" the next day.
Wait, there's more.
Expect plenty of drama — of the high school kind — when the "21 Jump Street" movie hits the big screen. Actor Jonah Hill, who scripted and will star in the revamp of the popular '80s TV series that starred Johnny Depp, says his cops won't necessarily be on their best behavior when they go undercover as students.
"They get caught up in the high school-ness as opposed to the police work," Hill, 27, tells MTV News. "And whenever they get too caught up in the high school drama, police work comes in. And whenever they get too caught up in the police work, high school drama comes in."
"21 Jump Street" is set to begin shooting in New Orleans on April 11, and co-star Channing Tatum is currently the only other actor on board.
MTV’s anticipated new scripted series, “Skins,” premiered last night on the channel – after a nice new episode of “Jersey Shore,” no less – and although it’s been billed as dangerously edgy, critics aren’t so sure it’s living up to its promises.
The series, based on the popular U.K. show of the same name, tells the by now familiar story of foul-mouthed high school teens who spend a lot of time seeking sex and drugs.
But while the Brit version won hearts with its honest approach to the reality of being a teen, the jury’s still out on the U.S. import.
Last night’s episode of “Jersey Shore” can be summed up in two words.
However, due to the inappropriate nature of one of those words, I’m going to have to explain the madness that was last night’s episode in a more… descriptive manner.
Snooki’s drinking has been out of control since we met her back in 2009 – throwing herself at boys, specifically Vinny, and showing her "cooka" (if you will) is nothing new. But when she took multiple bites out of a raw potato last night, things got real. Or maybe she just misread the recipe for homemade potato vodka.
Aretha Franklin would love for Halle Berry to portray her in an upcoming biopic, but the Oscar winner says she just doesn’t have the vocal chops to pull it off.
When CNN’s Roland Martin emailed Berry, 44, to ask about the casting conundrum, Berry replied that while she was moved and flattered by the statement, she wasn’t so sure she was the right pick.
"I adore Aretha...ADORE her,” Berry said, “but I'm sure she would want the actress to sing."
