Golden Globes: The winners list

The Golden Globes turned out to be a big night for "The Social Network," which snagged four Golden Globes, as well as for  "Glee," which won three.

"The Social Network's" Aaron Sorkin was awarded the Golden Globe for best screenplay while director David Fincher snapped up the Golden Globe in the best director category. And, not to mention, the film won best motion picture drama.

On the comedy side, the best motion picture of the year turned out to be "The Kids Are All Right," which also saw another win with star Annette Bening, who won the best actress in a motion picture comedy Golden Globe.

Live blog: 68th annual Golden Globes

The stars are arriving and the champagne bottles have been popped! The 68th annual Golden Globes are ready to get in full swing.

Ricky Gervais will be hosting, and we're expecting him to totally let loose - join us here as we live blog what we hope will be a hilarious night, starting at 8 p.m. ET on NBC.

Plus, the competition is going to be cutthroat: We've got fan faves "Glee," "Modern Family" and "The Big Bang Theory" going head-to-head in the comedy category, not to mention some of the amazing performances that were given by the actresses up for the best performance by an actress in a dramatic motion picture award.
