“Dexter” stars Michael C. Hall and Jennifer Carpenter have called it quits, but it’s not because Hall had eyes for someone else on set.

After the two actors announced earlier this week that they were filing for divorce, rumors began to spread that it was because Hall, 39, had been getting cozy with a different “Dexter” co-star: Julia Stiles.

But the 29-year-old actress said in a statement to Us Weekly that people shouldn't believe everything they hear.
