'Glee' won't last forever for some starsGet ready for a Gleek graduation. In an interview with an Australian publication, show co-creator Ryan Murphy revealed that the show's stars will age out of McKinley High– just like in an actual high school. "Every year we’re going to populate a new group," Murphy told News.com.au. "There's nothing more depressing than a high schooler with a bald spot.” New characters like football player Sam Evans will be part of the new crop of students, and Murphy said he anticipates students like Rachel, Finn and Quinn to graduate at the end of the 2012 season. "I was concerned about that (whether to have characters graduate and leave the show) because those kids caught on so quickly – but I think one of the things I'm very happy we’ve been able to do this year is we’ve brought in new characters,” Murphy said. "I think if you can keep regenerating...and I didn’t think we could," he added. "I didn’t know if people would want those characters (like Sam), but they do."

Glee is like the musical version of Degrassi, and that's been going on for a long time. If you keep the drama up then people will watch, especially middle and high school students looking to these shows for amusement and guidance.
