This time their meeting was much less auspicious.
There was nary a mention of their recent dust up when “Today” show host Matt Lauer introduced rapper Kanye West at the annual Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade.
Not exactly dressed for the elements in a fur vest, shiny gold top (complete with multiple gold chains) and a pair of leather pants with matching headband, West performed a brief version of the song “Lost in the World” from his critically acclaimed album, "My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy," while riding aboard the Big Apple float.
The whole thing was rather anti-climatic for anyone looking for a rematch between Lauer and West, who tweeted his displeasure over their last meeting. Honestly, we sensed more tension between R & B singer India Arie and Dora from "Dora the Explorer," who performed together this year.
By the way, while we're talking about the parade: We also didn't like the way Kermit the Frog was looking at Spiderman, and we think Spidey might want to watch his back.
