As if being one of Hollywood's most popular young actresses wasn't enough, Dakota Fanning has also been crowned her high school's homecoming queen – two years in a row!
The 16-year-old "Twilight: Breaking Dawn" star received her latest accolade on November 8, when she was honored before her fellow students at North Hollywood's Campbell Hall Episcopal High School. Accompanied by homecoming king Henry Aleck, Fanning beamed while wearing her regal tiara and sash and carrying a bouquet of roses.
Currently in her senior year, Fanning is grateful to have attended an actual high school rather than being schooled on set, and says she plans to continue her education after graduation.
"I think it was really important to have the high school experience. I think that I want [the college] experience as well," she told the "Today" show. "I just think everyone always looks back on that time in their life. Who was homecoming princess and [did] the cheerleading... I wanted to have that. I'm really lucky that I found a school that allows me to do both."
