Sugarland to perform at 'CNN Heroes' tribute

Country music duo Sugarland will be performing at this year's "CNN Heroes: An All-Star Tribute," airing Thanksgiving night on the global networks of CNN.

The group will perform "Stand Up," a new song from their forthcoming album "The Incredible Machine," available October 19.

Sugarland's performance will be part of a two-hour celebrity-studded tribute to the top 10 CNN Heroes of 2010.
