We already know she’s basically a superhuman - four kids, exciting career, a singer for a husband, legs up to there, plus a sparkling personality - and now Heidi Klum is offering women an opportunity to get the look she adopts while she’s making it all happen.
Having already become a hit with moms-to-be for her flirty and stylish maternity clothing lines “Lavish” and “Loved," Klum is expanding her design savvy to active wear.
The supermodel and "Project Runway" host has teamed up with New Balance to develop a clothing line that suits women on the go.
“It's not necessarily gym clothes, but it is active,” Klum told CNN.com at a Fashion’s Night Out event in New York last week.
“Dropping off the kids in the morning when [they] go to school and then running a few errands, I never really loved squeezing myself into some tight jeans. But I also don't want to put on some[thing] schlumpy… a loose tracksuit that doesn’t really look appropriate for the other things I have planned for the day. So that's what I was envisioning this line should be; for someone who was on the go and running from place to place but still wants to look stylish and happening.”
The line launches this fall and will be available exclusively on Amazon.com. It’ll include leggings and outerwear items as well as tunics and knits, starting at about thirty bucks a pop.
