First she took a break from acting, and now it seems Amanda Bynes has retired from Twitter. The "Hairspray" star appears to have deleted her account over the past few days.
Bynes, who goes by the handle "chicky" on the social network, had been using the account to share childhood photos, YouTube clips of her old TV commercials and her deep – and occasionally confusing – thoughts on everything from family to heartbreak to men.
In June, however, the 24-year-old actress left no doubt that she was ending her 14-year run in show business. "If I don't love something anymore, I stop doing it. I don't love acting anymore, so I've stopped doing it," she tweeted.
One month later, she changed her mind, informing her followers with a simple, "I've unretired."
Perhaps Bynes, who plays a super-religious high school student in the new comedy "Easy A," due in theaters Friday, will have a change of heart and bring chicky out retirement too.
