Snooki: I'm not like Lindsay LohanNicole "Snooki" Polizzi didn't dispute Judge Damian G. Murray's claims that she's "rude, profane, obnoxious, and self-indulgent" when she spoke with People magazine, but she did beg to differ on that Lindsay Lohan comparison. The 22-year-old "Jersey Shore" star - who pleaded guilty in court Wednesday to annoying Seaside Heights, New Jersey, beachgoers with her drunken hijinks - said she took offense to Judge Murray referring to her as a "Lindsay Lohan wannabe." "I never drank and drove, I don't do drugs – I do nothing that Lindsay does, so it was definitely a little overboard," said the pint-sized Polizzi, who was fined $500 and ordered to perform community service because of her July 30 public intoxication arrest. (She already received credit for caring for zoo animals last Sunday.)
Still, Snooki - who has promised to cut down on her partying - is grateful that she didn't end up with a more serious sentence. "I'm just really happy that it's over and that the criminal charge was dismissed," she said, "because that was just insane."

Yeah you're worse than Lindsay Lohan – at least Lohan at some point was a talented actress. Snooki is just a talentless waste of space. I really hate how in this country you can be rich and famous for being a complete and utter failure in life.

At least Lindsay is a decent actress who can sing. Snooki hasn't shown any talent other than her ability to drink too much, sleep around, and glow orange. I have no idea why anyone from this show is famous.

I think Snooki may have missed the point that the judge was trying to make: she was acting like Lohan by getting plastered and creating a scene in public...And perhaps this was a good thing for Nicole to go through...Because all they do on the "Jersey Shore" is get drunk and stupid...It helps to get a glimpse of what happens when you act like a Lohan wannabe: you wind up in court!!

Snookie was drunk on the beach.. and btw 4those who dont know law enforcement is extra strict in jersey shore.. a friend of mine had to go to court n pay a fine for noise pollution for having his volume on his car half way up! I go to coney island beach mostly and u should see some of the crackheads there.. chances r she wouldnt have been arrested anywhere else and if she was an ordinary person
