It didn’t exactly take a huge bite out of the box office – “The Expendables” still reigned with moviegoers - but “Piranha 3D” already has a sequel in the works.
“We are thrilled that audiences are not just loving ‘Piranha 3D,’ but cheering for it,” producer Mark Canton said in a statement. “And it’s fantastic that so many critics are really getting the movie and recommending it. We can’t wait to get to work on the sequel.”
Although it may not seem like the kind of fare critics would go gaga over, they did, reveling in the fake-blood and severed limbs and describing the movie as "bloody entertaining" and “top notch.”
Last night's episode of "Bachelor Pad" began at the end of last week's episode, with the Outsiders belittling Nikki's decision to oust Craig M. over Kiptyn. Gia realized she's a target, as the Insiders knew she wanted Kiptyn off the show.
The next day, Chris and Melissa brought the 15 remaining contestants together for a chat. Chris said that last week's competition proved that no one is safe. (Whereas I thought it proved that I should stay away from pie for a year.)

It looks like mission “Michael Vick Project" is complete. The BET docu-series, which chronicled Vick's attempts to rebuild his reputation, is done after only one season.
Vick told CSNPhilly.com last week that he "put a stop to" moving forward with the show. “They asked me to do it,” Vick added. “I don’t have that lifestyle.”
Yet while the network did confirm that the “Vick Project” won’t be making a comeback, a BET representative noted that “the show had been planned to just be one cycle.”
SPOILER WARNING: Don't read any further if you have not watched or want no knowledge of the epilogue to "Lost."
“Wait, you can’t just walk out of here! We deserve answers!” So says an employee of the Dharma Initiative early on to Benjamin Linus, who is working with Hurley - the "new man in charge" of the island - during the epilogue on "Lost: The Complete Sixth and Final Season," on DVD today.
"The New Man in Charge" is also the name of this mini-episode, and for those who felt disappointed by the lack of concrete answers in the series finale back in May, this highly-anticipated bonus feature will be much more satisfying.
