She may wear cupcake bras and Swarovski-crystal Daisy Dukes in her music videos, but quirky singer Katy Perry plans to keep things a bit more traditional when she and Russell Brand exchange "I do's."

"I'm definitely not going to get married in latex," she told People magazine, shooting down a popular rumor. "When I wear latex onstage, I sweat. I could wring out those dresses and I don't want to do that at my wedding."

While the bride-to-be hasn't revealed any details about her gown, she has said that her manicure, at least, will be a lot less colorful than her personality.

"I think for my wedding I'll do what is called 'wedding nails,' where it's traditional and pretty," Perry, 25, said in a YouTube Q&A session in July. "I don't know if I'd want, like, Oompa Loompas on my nails while taking my pictures."
