Snooki gets a court dateIn a turn of events that one can only hope will be on season three of “Jersey Shore,”cast member Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi has not only been arrested for disorderly conduct on said shore, but now also has a court date. According to the Seaside Heights Court Administrator Jane Carrozza, Polizzi has a first-appearance court date scheduled on the morning of August 18. Polizzi doesn’t have to be present as long as her lawyer appears on her behalf, but Polizzi doesn’t yet have an attorney. There are a few options for what could happen, according to Carrozza. If Polizzi pleads not guilty, she could go to trial at a later date. She’s not up for jail time, though – just a fine between $250 to $1,000. On the other hand, if Polizzi pleads guilty – and finds herself a lawyer – the case could be disposed of in writing before August 18.

I used to get disgusted with this show now I just feel sorry for Snookie. I hope the fame of disorderly conduct and drunken stupidness and macho fighting goes away and MTV grows a heart for the peoples lives they are ruining soley for the benefit of a TV Show.

Those reterded New Yrokers should never have gotten into a verbal sparring match with the Governor. The Seaside cops will now be watching every move of theirs. I hope they drive them right back to NY where they belong.
