Splitsville for The Dream and Christina MilianAfter being married less than a year, Christina Milian and Terius ‘The-Dream’ Nash have decided to separate, according to UsMagazine.com. “The couple reached this decision in late 2009, but decided to keep the news private in efforts to protect their baby daughter Violet,” The-Dream’s rep told Us magazine. “They ask for consideration and respect for their family moving forward." The news of the couple’s split comes at a convenient time, as The-Dream was recently caught on camera with his assistant, Melissa Santiago, according to Us. In one photo, The-Dream is being straddled by Santiago as the pair plays in the Caribbean. The producer-singer was not wearing his wedding ring. The-Dream and Milian eloped in September 2009 and said their vows again in Rome in December. Milian gave birth to Violet just five months ago.

She's a strong woman and has her baby to think about now. If the Dream can't take responsibilty and be in a relationship and take care of his daughter then so be it. Go Christina!
