Jerry Seinfeld’s war with Lady Gaga has got the "Showbiz Tonight" staffers in a feud of our own.
Gaga wound up in Seinfeld's private V.I.P. box at a recent Mets game and he’s calling her “a jerk” for flipping the bird at fans and then getting upgraded. (Listen to Jerry here.)
Line Producer Jenn Gerardo took Seinfeld's side in the feud demanding that Gaga “make a public apology to him," while Producer Sid Lipsey argued that Gaga was just being Gaga. What do you think: Does Lady Gaga owe Seinfeld an apology, or is this a Seinfeld-style feud about nothing? You can let us know in today’s "Showbiz Tonight" poll.
The gang from MTV’s “Jersey Shore” probably doesn’t have a problem with Lady Gaga’s antics because they’re busy with their own. Vinny Gaudagnino, Ronnie Ortiz-Magro and Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino posed shirtless for the cover of New York’s Village Voice newspaper, only to find out it was for “The Queer Issue."
As Senior Producer Marc Balinsky pointed out, the story isn’t about the stars of the reality show but rather closeted guys who live on the Jersey Shore. Still, this is definitely a bit of a situation.
Here's another question for you: What do you have to do to be voted the most disliked person in sports?
Forbes has a poll that says Philadelphia Eagles player and convicted dog-fighting felon Michael Vick is the most disliked person in sports! Sixty-nine percent of people polled put Michael Vick at the top of the list, followed by Pittsburgh Steelers’ Ben Roethlisberger in third place with 57 percent and Tiger Woods in fourth place with 53 percent.
What has the world come to when sports heroes can do such horrible things and still end up on top?
