Breaking: Nadya Suleman has accepted PETA’s offer to display a banner encouraging pet owners to spay or neuter their dogs or cats in exchange for $5,000 and a month’s supply of veggie dogs and veggie burgers, the animal rights organization has announced.
The offer was extended to Suleman’s lawyer Jeff Czech back in March, when the mother of 14 was facing home foreclosure after missing a $450,000 payment.
While Czech said he was offended the organization compared Suleman to a cat - in the press release sent to CNN, the organization said: “Who better to push the message 'Don't Let Your Dog or Cat Become an 'Octomom'...' than "Octomom" herself, Nadya Suleman?" – Czech said Suleman was open to the idea if the price was right.
Apparently it was. Suleman will “personally unveil” the banner with the message “Don't Let Your Dog or Cat Become an 'Octomom'—Always Spay or Neuter" tomorrow at her home in La Habra, California, at 11 a.m.
