Sarah Palin pitching reality show about Alaska
Sarah Palin appears to be shopping a reality show concept about her home state of Alaska around Hollywood. She's been spotted with not one but two television execs this week, according to EW.com. Read more on CNN.com's Political Ticker blog.

the thing i like about Sarah Palin is that she is a woman with very strong character ::
Sarah Palin is a very intelligent woman in my opinion-.;
She would probably have more followers and be more successful if she did that to begin with and not politics. I think acting in front of a camera suites her.
Has anyone considered that she might be pitching an actual movie about her experiences and not a reality show?

She's such an embarrassment to our state. Keep her from doing further damage. We don't need her pretense anymore that the rest of the states. Keep her out of public office, and out of promoting herself as an apology

Did you see any of her interviews? When you start off a sentence by saying Palin is smart, it says a LOT about your intelligence. The woman is as intellectually challenged, as any politician I've ever seen in my lifetime. Thinks Africa is a country, can't name a single newspaper or magazine, thinks being Russia's neighbor makes her qualified in foreign affairs. I wonder about your definition of smart. Watching Palin during an interview reminds me of watching Jessica Simpson being puzzled by Chicken of the Sea Tuna. Birds of a feather.

Why is she doing a show about Alaska when she bailed out as its governor. Sarah Palin. Why do people still support her, WHY?! I hope somebody crashes a car into her real fast.
I'd like to know how Palin's supporters can honestly believe she'll run... her duties on this show would conflict with the time frame of the '12 GOP primary season.

sometimes you get what you ask for. if there was no platform for this woman she wouldn't be as "in your face" as she is now. don't worry, somebody else will come along in due time. Palin took over from Blagojevich when he was hot news, and the next political celebrity is not far behind.
I think we should make Alaska a seperate country from the US, and export all the crazy Palin lovers up there.

In answer to Reva – we did have a male Sarah Palin. His name was Dan Quayle and I think he got "picked on" just as bad – because they are both idiots!!!!

Most Native villages in Alaska are dry. Meaning alcohol isn't allowed. Can you a be any more condescending? Don't put down a place you have never been to or the people that live here. We live in tiny little shacks in the freezing cold because we know how to survive here and we are culminating a lifestyle that has been forgotten by many. Many of which live in this state think like you as well. Including Mrs. Palin.
I'm from Alaska and I'm embarrassed of Palin. She's not even native to Alaska and tries to bear the name tag of being a true Alaskan woman. Just because your kid plays hockey and you named your ill-advised daughter after a bay in Alaska doesn't make you a true Alaskan of this state.
Wake up Palin. We don't want a show about Alaska. You will make it like Jersey Shore. If you want to make a reality show, join celebrity rehab and get help for whatever drugs are making you say the nonsensical things you do. The only good to come out of Palin's fame is a good Halloween costume (which my college peers loved) and a fantastic parody for Tina Fey to portray.

Let me see if I've got this right....
First she's picked as a VP candidate for all angry Hillary voters that might have taken McCain over the top if they'd only stop thinking about issues for a couple minutes on election day.
Then, she quits in the middle of her term as Governor to "help" America in other ways besides being just a plain ol' politician, knocks out a book in 6 months, and goes on tour in a bus like a bad episode of "The Partridge Family".
Then she gets a gig on Fox News while also attempting stand-up comedy and now she shopping a reality show about Alaska?
Seriously....This woman is about 2 minutes away from announcing her foray into porn. 1st film....."Who's Nailin Palin"?

She already had her 15 seconds of fame during the 2008 presidential campaign...she should just go away. I can't believe there are people in America that still believe that Sarah Palin is competent and qualified to be in office. I agree with devon – I don't want to hear ANY whining or compaining about the media when she's the one puts herself and her famly in the spotlight – she clearly loves attention – I just wish the media would quit giving it to her!
