'Real Housewives' reunite

Bring it on! I was shocked that Danielle didn't shed more tears during the reunion show. She's such a cry baby.

The word "subhuman" is more applicable to these women. Ugh. It's this type of television that is the cause for the decline of Western Civilization.

I loved watching this show. I found more enjoyment from this dose of "reality" than I have in a long time. I felt that it was cut so short, though I understand why, it doesn't stop me from missing them. Thanks for the good time ladies. I can't wait till Thursday.

p.s. I think there's a time and place for everything. I don't think a book that insights horrible feelings for some people and was brought up with "malicious" intent should be brought to a dinner party. Especially a dinner party someone has invited you to.

Visions of high school rich girls who act and know they are better than everyone else. Most of these women will be this way the rest of their lives. Jacqueline was the only person with a true heart while walking a tightrope between family and friend.

All in all, I don't think any of the women in these series represent the women of America. Thank god for that!

I enjoy Real Housewives of New Jersey over all the Housewives franchises. I wasn't offended by Joe's remark. Its a free world. Since when does a person responses require editing? "forget about it"
Get over it, same thing with Caroline referring to Lauren as stupid, its family banter.

Nothing is real about these housewives... fake boobs, big hair, horrible accents, tacky clothes, tacky houses (sorry Teresa but that big new house is just plain new money ugly)...

I guess a show about Real Housewives who have kids, jobs, normal middle class lives would just be too boring, huh?

These women are all pretty pathetic. David Chase had to have gotten his screenplay ideas from them because these women and their families just scream MAFIA. Teresa and "juicy" (ick) Joe whip out the Ben Franklins like there is no tomorrow and proudly state they pay cash for everything to "stimulate the economy". No that's so people can't trace what you do. However, broadcasting it on television only alerts both the IRS and the Feds. So if you were trying to mock them, ultimately they not you Teresa and Joe, will have the last laugh. Wake up and smell the audit. Caroline and Dina are all talk. I had to laugh when one of the kids said that Caroline was "classy" and a "lady". With that trashy mouth? I don't think so. Teresa can talk like a streetwalker at the table but when the book came out you needed to remove your children?? These women are all trash. It's just the pot calling the kettle black with their fighting. It's time to get rid of the Bravo garbage and the Jon and Kate baby machine shows. It's not healthy. Period.

Does anyone actually admit to watching this crap? Another reality show without an ounce of reality.

I've never watched this show but after doing a quick Google search I do have a question. What is up with Teresa Giudice's face? It looks like it's overly broad or stretched out or something. Maybe it's just the big meaty looking features. Is it too much plastic surgery?

That just doesn't look normal...

I thought it odd that everyone expressed a variety of concerns about children being present, but regardless, Teresa screams, swears, utters numerious profanities and throws a table......but the concern is that the children may have seen the cover of a book that discusses prostiution. LMAO. I believe the concerns are a bit misplaced.
And the word is cleanliness, Theresa...pay attention!!!!!

I feel no sympathy for Danielle who I think is just downright bizarre looking and acting; but Teresa is just not bright at all and her husband is a chauvinist pig in every sense of the word! Though Teresa is not bright, I really enjoyed her and the other women but Dina was my absolute favorite.

Being a gay dude myself and having mostly straight buds, I didn't find that term offensive. Actually, I've been called worse by my fellow gay friends!

LOVE Teresa and Dina! They are the most real. And like someone said, Joe's remark wasn't offensive. He was just being real and was saying a stupid remark something people do all the time. I love Teresa and Joe's relationship. These women were the most real of all the Housewives. Dina is also real. Love her showing her old high school photo with the big hair.

But I can't stand Caroline now after watching the reunion show. She needs to learn how to shut up. She talks way too much. But you can tell Jackie is a tough cookie. I believe she slapped Caroline. Love these women.

So glad all the lies Danielle was saying is coming out now. Thank you smoking gun. It was so stupid for her to bring that book to a dinner and then she had the nerve to insult the host who invited her.

More likely it was Joe's relative perceived comfort level with gays that allowed him leeway to call the instructor gay. Kind of like people saying they can use other slurs because they "Have friends that are _____ and don't mind." It wouldn't surprise me if he/they feel the same about race as they do about sexual orientation.

I have a question...what does Theresa's husband do for a living? I didn't watch the show until recently. I was suprised at their house and how her husband just whipped out all that cash to the furniture guys.

Can't say I love the show but I can't say I don't. These lady may act like they have class, but I don't believe they really do ... Jacqueline would come the closest but even she is a little iffy to me. I did enjoy the exchange last night when Teresa tried to undo her husband's remark about the dance instructor. Who cares if the dance instructor is gay? Teresa looked absolutely ridiculous trying to finagle herself from that part of the conversation. Why is so important to be straight or gay anyway and why is it anyone else's business?

My God, that was funnnnny! All the talk about being 'classy' and all. Ok, girls, whatever you want to think. They wouldn't know classy if it bit them in the ass.

Caroline adamantly denied that they were 'Family,' so why the undisclosed warehouse? She seems to think she's Don Corleone, what with telling everyone what and when to say it, like she was some MobCop directing everyone's actions: 'let her speak' 'Dina, not now' 'that's enough' etc. Except during the previous show, when Jacqueline's husband said something, and then SHE shut up. So I guess the men still rule when it comes down to it. If they are 'real' family, the bosses can't be any to pleased with all these stupid people's actions. What morons.

They're all supremely ridiculous, and I loved every minute!

This show truly proves: No amount of money can buy class. Unless it's low class, which each one of these women personify.

I got into this show by mistake, I was flipping through the channels. But I thought it was good. Where do they get all the money. The one lady went into a store and bought her three girls $3000 worth of stuff and it didn't look like there was $3000 worth of product in there.

Jesus, Mary and Joseph! The world is going to hell in a hand basket. Where do they find these women, I don't know anyone like these freaks. What happened to Jacqueline's upper lip? It seem swollen and frozen. What a mess!

I lived in NJ and this isnt the real housewives of NJ...These ladies are from NY(brooklyn).They made reference to that in one of the shows.
Funny we never saw Dina's husband......The show needs to go to Montclair,Glen Ridge, or Morris Plains to find the real housewives that were born and raised in NJ....Doesnt Danielle look like Melissa Rivers..yikessssssss....

This is like watching a train wreck. Sorry, but all of the wealth and status does not make these chicks classy. They are exactly the kind of women I strive NOT to be. And I wouldn't trade my middle class, hard working paraprofessional life for all of the hair dye, silicone, pasta, imported marble, and tough Italian ways in the world. In a way they're more crass than the other cities housewives.

Ya know..I'm not a huge fan of Danielles but i can honestly say from my own experience.. that my family was mixed up in some really horrible things when I was about 10 years old... my family made some horrific choices... I remember people not letting their kids be around me and my sibling because they were afraid of my family...

My family learned from all the bad stuff..and have walked the straight line since.....have not been any trouble not even a speading ticket in 30 years and have done some great things to be proud of.....

These girls are judging Danielles past..which is instict but they are holding her too it in the present.. Just not right... WHO HASN'T DONE FOOLISH, HORRIBLE THINGS that are regretable??

Watching the Housewives is my own little "guilty pleasure"... I too wish these Jersey ladies were on longer than just the 5 episodes we got. I thought Danielle was totally wrong to bring The Book to that dinner party... and then she allowed her own daughters to be there to witness the whole fiasco. Theresa knew where it was going to go so while she may not be the brightest bulb in the box, she had the sense to have her own little girls removed from the room. I absolutely love Jacqueline... she is the most down-to-earth of all the ladies... her daughter needs a kick in the butt, but that's another matter. I am looking forward to Thursday to Part II of the reunion!

One more thing: I really dislike how they employ the whole 'Italians are just hot-tempered' thing to explain away and/or excuse their bad behavior.

I love the show.. I want them to do another season, and I think they are a group of fun women who has money. As for Danielle, she seems to be trying to force herself on them. And with those type of skeletons in her closet, she can't afford to stay any mess with anyone. If she wants to be Jacqueline's friend, then fine, be her friend, but don't try to force yourself into her family time. Let the truth be told, that was not the proper time to confront them about that book. If that book was so much of lies on her, why don't she get an attorney and sue her ex-husband for slander. So got into some mess and thinking it was 25 years ago no one would find out. Surprise

What does Teresa's husband do for a living? she pays cash for everything , and hes not the sharpest tool in the shed, really gets you thinking!

This show just proves that just because you have money doesn't mean you have class.
What interested me the most is that apparently Caroline (and Dina's) father-in-law was murdered in some questionable fashion (can you say mob or Mafia?) and bringing it up cannot be tolerated & they haven't even told many of the family's children, But –
It's okay to trash Danielle's past all over town and offend her kids.
This is a selfish, narrow-minded, foul-mouthed bunch who need a real reality check.
Danielle certainly doesn't need these people at all. Her daughters are gorgeous, smart and down-to-earth and don't need this drama.
(I would tell her to start seeing a better class of men – Hold out for someone better. Be an example for her daughters.)

I loved the show and Caroline is my favorite. I think Danielle is trouble and I would not allow her in my life. It is nice to see women who really love to mother their children.

Okay, first what are they doing with that trashy woman who does not have one maternal bone in her body – Danielle on the show in the first place. She was so overacted and underwhelming that she turned me off of the program. Jacqueline was the other, who is as interesting and verbal as watching white paint dry. As for the others, I found them to be real, charming, and whether you liked their parenting, life-sytle, etc., it seemed real. It really doesn't matter if you have money or not, they were so real compared to those Orange County housewives. A bit spoiled, but I agreed with Theresa's table throwing tantrum. If I invited somebody to dinner and was gracious enough to include them, and then they were rude and snotty and talked down to me...I think I would let her have it with both barrels as well. The Jersey ladies rock...get rid of Danielle.

The writers wrote this show with a mafia slant what with the joisey accents, the constant
reference to Italians, the if you mess with my family your messin’ with me talk, the big nasty toothed dogs on the property, etc. The producers aren’t stupid. They know
how to start a commotion and make the public wonder.

These characters were written (partially real or not) to be full of contradictions.

Caroline is just following a script.
She keeps saying don’t mess with my family, family, family.
Well, if you want to protect your family so much, why would you put your family up for fodder on a reality show in the first place? Oh yeah, I forgot when it comes to money,
it doesn’t matter. Her family is already being perceived in ways she/they may or may not like to be perceived and they may get more negativity out of it than they’ve bargained for but just care about money. This is why Dina’s husband is smart and didn’t want any part of the show. He obviously cares about his reputation etc.

If Danielle is so innocent why is she in everybody else’s face about her book
except the one person’s face she should be in. Why isn’t Danielle IN COURT SUEING
HER EX-HUSBAND FOR SLANDER? Why didn’t the oh so wise matriarch of the family, Caroline or the mad raving undignified Teresa keep cool to ask Danielle this question and add…if you can Hear it?

Because they didn’t ask that question is further evidence that this show is scripted and fake.

Also Not every man that dances is gay. To put it nicely, Joe is….limited.

I could go on with the contradictions about these characters but why bother. The show is just hilarious slap knee farce and should be seen as such. If you watch it do so with that in mind.
