This was my third Bonnaroo and it was the best so far. Springsteen was amazing! Also amazing - Public Enemy, Beastie Boys, Ted Leo and the Pharmasists, Okkervil River, Lucinda Williams, Dirty Projectors, and Robert Earl Keen. Still, I've seen Springsteen a lot and this was one of his stand-out performances. Wow, there are some ugly thoughts mixed in with all the positive comments. It started off kind of slow but the energy picked up as it went on. I thought Phish should have played with him the first show instead of the second bc after he introduced Bruce as his idol the same people that were Booing the Springsteen show were now clapping for him.
