Megan Joy and Scott MacIntyre were booted from "American Idol" weeks ago, but they are still all about the show.
In an appearance Friday on CNN.com Live, the pair talked a bit about their experiences as part of the hit competition.
Watch Megan and Scott share their thoughts on the show.
Both said they were excited to participate in the upcoming finale as well as the tour.
And in keeping with his reputation as one of the nicest guys on the show this season, Scott surprised Megan with a Mother's Day card in honor of her being "the best 'American Idol' mother we ever had" and a great mom to her 2-year-old daughter.
He also urged those looking for a great Mother's Day gift for their moms to consider purchasing tickets to the "American Idol" summer tour!

Franky... jealous a bit? maybe you tried out and didn't get through for an audtion. Do us a favor and get back to your job if you have one and stop taking time to make foolish comments. Don't like it? then don't watch it or read about it or waste your time commenting on it.
this show is based on who's good enough to get the vote and who america would like to see in the finals. There obviously weren't enough Allison voters/fans to keep her in it. There are a lot of Adam fans.. for me, he has a great voice but i can't stand to watch him perform. Danny is awesome minus that weird screech last week, and chris is good too.
I am so very sorry that Alison was voted off...I think that she is awesome. I am still shaking my head that she won't be in the finals with Adam. She is going to have quite a career. She is one of the best!! What a great seasont this has been.
I thought Megan had a son.
I'm taking my mama to the show in Pittsburgh!
Forget these kids!! They got booted out, get em out!!! This is what I mean, this show ain't created equal, is a waste of time...I can't believe he said to buy tickets for his show.
Get a job for crying out loud, or do me a big favor, just don't show your face anymore to me cause I will bash you...
It was a sweet gesture. Best of luck to them on their tour and in the future
